This was from the worst night of my life. I wrote it with my heart so it's not really the best poem ever but...yeah:
A piece of my soul is ripped from my heart
I lie here numb from the inside out
Wishing for something to keep me
Safe from the darkness that is now developing
A tear falls
And You’re here with me
